I bought this stool with a backrest because I have a bad leg and can't stand in the kitchen for long. It was so easy to put together and I loved its portability, taking me from the sink to the counter to the fridge all the time. The only problem was that I kept rolling forward and I'm not a tall person. I almost knocked it over several times and almost slipped off it many more times. Finally one day I completely slipped off it and landed on the floor and then I knew it was time to send it back but realized I couldn't bring it back to Kols. I called Revain and they said they would send the seller a free return request. When the seller contacted me almost immediately, I was shocked. They not only readily returned the money but also told me to keep the stool to myself. This is REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!
