A MacBook Air running on M1 is my primary work machine. Even though I rarely use a desktop computer, I decided to upgrade to a Lenovo laptop because my old, 10-year-old PC was too slow and took up too much room. The plan is to make use of Windows for a variety of tasks, including the usage of old and not too old games (including online with friends; for new games, there are PS4 and XBox Series S) and, most significantly, the storage of various types of files (pictures, videos, movies, music, documents). I've used Lenovo laptops before; the one we had was an IdeaPad, and it was perfect for the group. What has been discussed largely applies to all laptops in this series in principle. I have no complaints about the item, and would happily suggest it to anyone. Initially, I was going to go with a cheaper "typewriter" variant, but after seeing this, I decided to spring for the faster processor and the floppy video card. Naturally, the MacBook is far ahead in terms of user experience, but for Windows laptops in this price bracket, this model is superb. I quickly adopted the update in order to enhance many characteristics. We installed a SODIMM Apacer [ES.04G2V. KNH] (4GB, 999) memory expansion. Added 120GB Apacer M.2 AST280 SSD (model number: AP120GAST280-1). (1299) I was able to get a license key for Windows 10 Professional at a very low price (less than $500) on one of the more popular marketplaces. Total - 39144. The laptop is fantastic quality for the price, easily outperforming many alternatives.
