I'm 5'6" and 175 lbs, most of my weight is in the middle of my body. I ordered L-XL, the plus size fits all. I took a chance and ordered them after seeing so many good reviews. I was about to leave town and needed better leggings than the ones I had. I live in leggings for health reasons. I want my leggings to be very stretchy, comfortable and not too bulky. They are amazing and the price is great. I like the quality and the fabric. They are soft, comfortable and stretchy. I might be able to lose height, but I won't try until I've lost some of my weight. I can't speak to the durability or what they will be like when I train as I haven't had them in a while but I'm still impressed with them. I plan to get more colors soon.
