Review on Westinghouse Lighting 4518500: Brilliantly Equipped with Dimmable Technologies by Amy Hodgson

The single blister pack had folded corners and creases. It was open. The halves no longer stuck together. Worse, the LED lamp didn't work. No light. Nothing. I think I came across a defective bulb that was repackaged so it could be sold as new. Curious. the outer cardboard packaging was not a Revain box. It was a regular brown box with lots of clear tape to hold it together.
