I bought this unit to replace a cheap unit that came factory installed in my caravan. As others have pointed out, I had to enlarge the hole a bit to fit, but it didn't make much of a difference. It definitely has better sound quality than what it replaced and after replacing the speakers (next project) I'm sure it will sound even better. My old device had a touchscreen, which was a headache. It has real buttons and dials large enough to be seen and used. It has a dimming function which actually allows me to use the device as a night light in my RV which is great. The clock is big and easy to see and even has an alarm. Everything works as it should and looks perfectly assembled. The only issue I had was the wire harness colors are different than what I took out and this one had a lot of wires left over. My camper has 3 sets of two speakers: main camper area, camper kitchen area and camper outdoor area. On my old unit they were called Zones A, B, and C. I mixed up a few wires so the speakers don't correspond to Zones AB and C anymore, but I don't care. I could really give this unit 5 stars but the instructions are a bit vague on wiring, but I'm not an electrician either. Overall very happy and the price is great, around $180.
