These pens write like a dream! The colors are bright! Two things I would change: 1. Make the pens a bit bigger, they are thin and it might be a problem for some to write comfortably. 2. Insert the handles into the bracket so you have brackets, one at the top and one at the bottom. They come in a metal case, there are two trays stacked on top of each other, you need to lift the top. one up and tucked into the lid of the metal case so the second row is visible, plastic shells are very flimsy and hard to move around without springs. If you could glue the plastic top shell to the lid and actually snap the handles into place, accessing all of the handles would be a lot easier.
