The program works well - very user-friendly, all options are easy to find using menus/icons along with clear step by stage instructions for completing tasks & forms from within SAP BW landscape or as stand alone screens via DBAccess API access also available where required. User interface could be more intuitively configured at installation time ei gps mapping of business areas etc but this will come over years use so fair enough? Benefits include ease / speed through data extractions which we cannot do ourselves otherwise nor have resources internally that can complete such complex processes manually! The team at CFO works closely with us to understand our business needs, processes, and goals. We have been working together for almost 4 years now and they are always willing to go above and beyond to help! They listen well and provide great expertise when it comes time to implement new systems or make changes to existing ones. I would not hesitate to recommend them! There isn't anything that we dislike about their work. Their customer service has been amazing as well.
