Before trying this one I tried another knee/leg pillow from another company. However, this one meets my needs much better. The previous one brought some relief, but this one is better in every way. It's softer but still thick enough to provide relief. I started looking into this type of pillow due to constant pain in my lower back and hips. I go to the chiropractor regularly and it has helped a lot, but in between appointments my sleeping position has thrown me off balance. This pillow has given me total relief between treatments! It has also made my fitting as a chiropractor more productive because things stay in place better. I highly recommend this pillow! The only downside is that it's so comfortable that my kids are always trying to play with it and take it away from me. LAUGH OUT LOUD.
