ebay recommended these when I purchased a hose reel. Not sure why they recommend them, but they did. Items are metric and there is not installation instruct to tell you what size masonry bit to use. So I used what I had, 3/8" bit. Had to open the entrance of the hole so the anchor would go into the hole, a little small. Then drive anchor in with a hammer. Also cut about an inch off the sleeve before installing in block wall. It tightened up but would twist if I tried to tighten more. Got them to work, but required more effort than needed for this job. Nice that the item is stainless. There are better products than this one for this job
