Good screws on hex screws

3 stars only given because the box that contained the screws was in poor condition and had 2 screws that did not match the order, 3 screws were needed. Saved because I only needed 2 of the 5 screws.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Slightly torn

It's not hard to find a screw

Do you read this? Did you just search Revain and found exactly what you were looking for? Not that hard to find, this screw was easy to find and worked well to reassemble my lawn mower. 5 stars for screw! Hip hip hooray!

Pros
  • Handy thing
Cons
  • Vaguely remember

Good screws, work. Delivery with supplement.

Worked well, used to attach seat belts and extend bottom bolts. I had to make spacers to clean the upholstery but the screw did it πŸ‘Œ. If you have a VW/Audi and are installing a crossbar you will need ground screws for clearance.

  • Good
Cons
  • Nothing

Fits well on Predator 212

Over a dollar a bolt and I only needed 4 bolts so I have 6 now I don't even need them if you use them to torque a torque converter on a 212cc To install Predator, don't forget you'll also need 1 longer 2" crankshaft bolt (torque converter kits come with the wrong mounting bolts), luckily I found one at a local hardware store.

Pros
  • good item
Cons
  • contact seller

Shop in town.

Great screws, just what I needed. They worked great for a project I needed and at the time I was looking for stores that didn't stock them. However, the view of the bolt is difficult. So, summing up why I gave three stars. The title says hard to find. But really no. Any hardware store sells these screws at a lower price than advertised online. These screws do the job and if you need ten then this is the way to go. I would buy again if I need wholesale.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

As described = 5 stars

Arrived as described which to me means it deserves 5 stars. Another reviewer suggested driving across town to visit hardware stores. Most hardware stores don't stock grade 8 fine threads in any size, let alone this size. AAA calculates the average cost per mile for driving as 60 cents. The average hourly wage is $25. So is it better to spend 2 hours ($50 time) and 20 miles ($12) running from hardware store to hardware store and not get empty than paying $10 here? (rhetorical)

Harmonic Dampener SBC NOT

I bought this bolt to replace my original harmonic dampener bolt on my 1972 307ci SBC. it felt loose and didn't develop good torque. I pulled it out and turned on the microphone. here its overall diameter is 0.2-0.3mm smaller than two different screws I tested. It was enough for me to almost strip the threads on the connecting rod. let's say my crank threads were probably worn out, but the micrometer screw doesn't lie. Reinstalling the original 1972 shutter solved my problem. In summary: The…
