I had a water dispenser, which started leaking and found the perfect replacement (so far)! Very easy to install. Please make sure the water jug cap is correct, otherwise you can purchase water bottle caps designed for this electric dispenser. I have a pack of these for Bought about $5 See other reviews that say this you don't want to get this then have to wait for the caps just get both wen n you must at the same time. Once that is sorted out when you receive this dispenser charge it until ready, it shouldn't take more than 2-3 hours. It comes with a USB cable, but I think it's a regular Android cable that you can hide here or in the dollar tree (in case you lose it). While your dispenser is charging, boil or heat some water and toss the tube and metal piece in. Do this for hygiene (I'd rather play it safe and do this step rather than just use it out of the box, it only takes 10 minutes while the device is charging...so multitask! You can do it! ) We liked it so much, at such an affordable price, that we bought another one and now have another one upstairs... these kids literally need their very own water station right now to encourage and support their water drinking habits! water > sugary drinks
