Disappointing sound quality

These headphones are disappointing. The sound quality in my ears is normal. I was told that the mic sounded awful to anyone I used it to call. I don't find any traces of noise reduction in them at all. The only positive thing I can say is that they are comfortable but lack sound quality which means nothing.
