Short pigtails and decentered LEDs

I knew it would be a relatively low light output based on the 1800 lumen rating, but I was disappointed to see that the LEDs themselves were not centered in the reflectors. I also know that the pigtail shouldn't be long enough to complete all the wiring work, but it's pretty short. A few inches more would have made cable routing and weather protection a lot easier. The light focuses on a pretty decent hot spot, but there's a lot of blue in the light, so I'm guessing the LEDs are clipping, which won't last long.
