Great shirt for blouses and button-down shirts

I am 1.60m tall and weigh 375. Small fits me. Maybe try a medium size just for fun. The sleeve length of this shirt is good but I wonder how it can be M. The white shirt has black buttons, I could buy another one and replace the buttons with white ones.
