I am a long time user and fan of this shampoo, conditioner and beard oil. I didn't have much so I bought more, new bottles came and they changed. I can hardly squeeze the bottle, nothing comes out. I tried emptying part of the product, same thing. I emailed the company, they said they had similar complaints about the new bottles and they wouldn't have any new bottles until December or January. Folks, if you know there is a quality problem, stop selling. These bottles are just difficult to use, they are impossible. They literally don't shrink. I don't understand how something so obvious escaped your quality control.
