This is a great video tripod set and really good value for money. Includes a very nice soft zipped carry case and a heavy duty detachable adjustable shoulder strap - looks 'professional' all round. The tote also has an inside zip pocket to keep small items from getting lost. The kit also includes a second mounting plate shoe so you can mount two cameras at the same time. These are also mounting shoes made of metal. The gimbal head is powerful, has a very smooth ride and offers very easy control. I plan to use it with DSLRs and small camcorders, but it can easily handle much larger, heavier cameras if needed. The gimbal head also features a 3/8" threaded mount for accessories like an external monitor or other devices you want to add to your rig. He is well built, strong but not burdensomely heavy. Constructed from fine extruded aluminum parts where needed and strong, durable injection molded plastic parts elsewhere, the legs appear to be made of either glass or carbon composite – really nice. And it can also be very high, for example: you have to stand on a small tall ladder, and your view will be much higher than the heads of the standing spectators - high enough if you want it. So far very happy with this choice and purchase.
