I ordered my standard size.they seem durable and are comfortable, though a little bit "over-roomy".If I returned for a size smaller than normal, then the soles may be too small.I've noticed the sizing on most footwear is no longer standard to American sizing, so it's hit and miss.I'd prefer to have them a bit too large than too small. Support is most importand and they do have fair support in the sole. .I plan to keep these.UPDATE: I can't walk any distance in these without suffering muscle and joint pain.the soles arepoorly shaped, they turn my ankles and knees inward.wish I had discovered this inside 30 days.too lare to return them now.
