This shower head was installed by our worker. It looks good and although we didn't have it that long ago, it seems to be quite solidly made. My husband says the jet isn't as powerful as our old shower head. No doubt because it has a much wider "rain" design. The only issue I had was that after installing it I decided to buy a new shower arm and extension. The company was NOT able to sell me these parts in California even though they list them on their website. I don't know why they were able to sell the shower head itself but not the associated components. I had to buy both components from other brands. They should all be universal and when they are installed I will find out.
