It took me an unreasonably long time to browse through their products, and the website regularly failed, which forced me to start my search from the very beginning once more. This was a huge source of frustration and made going shopping feel like more of a chore than anything else. When I did finally find the things I was looking for, I had high hopes that the quality would make up for the subpar experience I had while using the website. On the other hand, the things that I was sent were, at best, unimpressive. The food was unappetizing, the toys were made of substandard materials, and the grooming items made my pet's coat seem dull and lackluster after using them. To add insult to injury, when I attempted to contact customer service to voice my issues, the personnel I spoke with were unhelpful and disrespectful. They did not demonstrate any empathy for my issues and gave the impression that they were not interested in finding a solution. In general, I found shopping through PETNF's online store to be a very disheartening and frustrating experience. Due to the fact that I am a pet owner who places a high priority on providing my four-legged friend with high-quality goods, I will not be visiting their website again. To satisfy their requirements for pet supplies, I believe that other people should look for options elsewhere.
