The product is good, light and feels solid; if you want a slightly heavier product with an elastic band for easy on and off, although this group makes one of those too. I have one of each type as it depends on the type of activity it would be best suited for. The product appears to be durable so I believe it will outlast my workout and can easily be swapped out for other straps. The hard sides initially made me worry that they would cut into my skin, but I was pleasantly surprised that this didn't occur. In fact, I didn't have any problem sweating during my workouts and the product didn't absorb sweat, leaving it feeling unclean after showering and wearing the product again. I haven't tested any of the strap's waterproof properties, so I'll leave it to someone else to advise on whether it can be used while swimming in the pool.
