I think it's important to understand what it is and what it isn't. This is a polish-like dye that helps fade visible blemishes and abrasions on the skin. And I think it's pretty effective at it. I applied it to a very worn sofa cushion. And there was a definite improvement. But now it has become relatively rough and seems a bit prone to cracking. It seems to stain quickly and even when wet it doesn't pill. So I have mixed feelings about this material. I'm glad I have it as I think it will help restore some of the really worn out furniture we have. It will definitely improve his looks. But it doesn't feel that great, so that's a problem. Maybe some leather conditioner applied after it's fully cured would help and I'll probably experiment with that one day. But I would say that calling this a product designed to 'repair and restore' the skin would be an overstatement as it is much more focused on its value than this in my opinion.
