I bought it in the maximum configuration (i7 9th gen, 16 Gb RAM, RTX 2070 Max-Q, 512 Gb SSD + 1 Tb HDD, 144 Hz display, Win 10 Home), I have been using it for about six months now. There are no complaints about the work, a good and powerful machine, as expected. Pleasant display, I work at a computer - my eyes do not strain much. Performance is enough for both work and games (taking into account FullHD - more than). It might not be enough if you connect an external 4K display, but I haven't tried it. RAM can be put up to 32 GB, for the future. The touchpad is soft and comfortable, I don't use it very often, but if I have to, I don't feel any discomfort. Autonomy is not bad, offhand about 4 hours the battery easily holds at low / medium load. The design is strict, against the background of "gaming" laptops it may look too simple, but I like it this way, without frills. The keyboard is excellent, the key travel is quiet, there is a single-color backlight, it is convenient to work in the dark. The only part of the case that noticeably heats up is the bar above the keyboard, on which the on / off button is located. Now for the disadvantages: It can occasionally freeze for a few seconds for no particular reason. Who to blame for this - Windows 10 or some Dell's utility to check something there - is a big mystery. Under a high load, the coolers make a noticeable noise, and it is unlikely that you will be able to fall asleep listening to such a symphony. The location of the USB ports is perhaps not the most convenient, it could have been 1-2 more and placed closer to the top edge of the keyboard (on the sides). Outcome: For my money (~120k at the time of purchase, for the above-mentioned equipment) it is an extremely pleasant thing, there are drawbacks, but they are generally insignificant against the background of advantages. Personally, I was pleased with the purchase.
