You'd think it was Easter with all the cheap cheap cheap
Not Milano fashion, not that it matters. The material is so thin that you can see through it. The tie is a disposable prop. The black color is not as sharp as in the picture. Dusty black would be more accurate. Maybe because it's so thin it can't hold the color.
