TV Black screen when turning something else on and off? It will heal!

Our flat screen LCD TV in the master bedroom showed a black screen for 20 seconds every time we turned the master bathroom exhaust fan on or off. This would also happen if we changed the speed of our ceiling fan. We tried the surge protector and no luck. We tried this device and it solved the problem. Our TV no longer turns off and on when we change the speed of the ceiling fan or bathroom exhaust fan. GREAT!
