Edit: Change to 2 stars. Comparing side-by-side with the Sabrent, the heat is worse than the Sabrent, causing hard drive operation to drop a notch. The temperature rises above 70°C while the Sabrent stays below 70°C. Also, there were issues using this drive as the boot drive, but I'm not sure if it's a drive issue or a configuration issue. Otherwise it works fine and works as expected. Original: I can't believe something $1300 came in a package with no shrink wrap. This is the cheapest product I have ever seen on my Revain purchase and I usually have multiple orders a week. The writing and reading speeds correspond to my expectations. I had a few Sabrents and saw this one coming out and decided to give it a try. I couldn't tell if it was better or worse; It's good. Thinner than the Sabrent. The pace should be similar.
