No memory foam! No gel! Garbage!
The product arrived defective. The zipper was broken (not even parts of the zipper were intact). However, this made it very easy to see that the material inside the pillow was nothing more than fibrous pillow batting. Gel wasn't there. No memory foam! Sent back!
