Originally reviewed on April 29, 2021 A note about fitting in my ears. Apparently I have very small ear piercings. I always choose the smallest soft silicone ear tips for these wireless earbuds, but none of them were comfortable. I've tried about 5 or 6 of these with the same result. Hope your situation is better. From all of those comments, these particular HEDSTIX headphones seem like a better fit than most. Staying in my ears: I was hoping that with the round stem hanging down design, they would stay in my ears better than others. This appears to be true and they seem to be staying in place well. I had them not long ago so haven't tried using them for long walks when they can shake out. I will update this review if I decide more information should be added. So far, so good. I appreciate that they are easy to put on and wear. It's not difficult to put them in your ears. Some of these earbuds have extra ear pieces that fit into the ear and hold them in place. None of that is here. I think you need to be able to control the headphones somehow, like buttons, voice commands or in this case the touch sensitive areas on the back of the headphones. They respond well, so it's not a problem. But I rarely like the choices manufacturers make. For example, to increase the volume in these headphones, I have to press twice at a certain speed. Why not use easier tapping and reserve double tapping for something else that's used less? I have no memory to recall long press, long press, short press, single press, double press, triple press, left ear down, right ear up. The physical design is nice, but I suggest remembering the actions you use the most and taking photos of the other controls to keep on your phone. Sound Quality: There is no base with these headphones. I even tried using a synth but couldn't get much base. If that's important to you, look elsewhere. I listen to 95% talk podcasts and 5% music, so I don't care. Pros: - These headphones are easy to connect. - Fast loading time. Charge headphones in 1 hour, charge case in 2 hours - Charges in case in pocket - Typical phone characteristics Cons: - No base station - Short playback time of 4 hours. That's enough for me, but many other headphones also last 10 hours or more. - Small case for charging. Can stuff a lump in the pocket. I always wanted to have fewer high and flat suitcases. In general, this is a good choice, especially given the low cost. The only serious problem is the lack of a base. The outside of the box says "Deep Base Driver" but for some reason this feature didn't make it into the final product.
