Works as intended but short lived

Comfortable for our dog and fits well. This gave him confidence in the water. BUT after a few uses it literally falls at the seams. See photos. Unfortunately it is poorly made. For the price I was expecting to be able to use it more than a few times and was hoping to get a few years out of it. Not sure if we accidentally received a poorly made item but am very disappointed as it worked well for our dog.

Pros
