Review on 🔌 CMARS Compatible SmartThings Extender: Essential for Enhanced Functionality by Domonic Roberts

My entire home is rapidly becoming automated with these smart devices centered around the SmartThings hub. I started by customizing all my switches with ZWave devices. I also have a bunch of other gadgets like door sensors, locks etc. I still had a few lightbulbs although they weren't on the switches so I got these smart plugs to control them. These sockets are nice and small, with a flat front. Perfect for hiding behind bookshelves. It's worth noting that these sockets use the Zigbee protocol and not ZWave, but both are fully supported by SmartThings. I had no trouble connecting them to my network. Just plug it into an outlet and scan the SmartThings app for new devices. It appeared almost immediately. If you're not a SmartThings user, you can probably just plug them in and Alexa will recognize and monitor them. I haven't had a chance to try. Once you add them to your hub, the possibilities are endless. I currently have these lights turn on automatically at sunset each day. You can also automate them when someone comes home at night etc. Great little gadgets. Not to mention the 12-month exchange/refund guarantee for defective products. Will definitely buy again if needed.
