How can an ear not function at all? None
I bought these colored grommets to make a birthday card. I've used eyelets on paper and fabric my whole life and I swear they just don't work. I've tried so many times to tap the ear with the tool that came with it, but then I gave up and just used a small hammer to flatten the ear. They don't flatten and screw up a lot of cards by trying. Big mess. I've ordered more from another company and they work fine. I wonder what's wrong with them?
