Remove Limiters!
I was very unhappy with the flow of water from both the shower head and hose. I was ready to send it back. The water pressure in my house is 60-70psi, so low water pressure wasn't an issue. Examination of the block showed that there is a restrictor (not a strainer) inside that blocks the flow. After removing the restrictor, the showerhead and head work great.
