it's too unstable, the video shakes as it doesn't stop and there's nothing holding the two pieces loose, it's not worth what I paid, don't lose money , look for another solution, this is the base of the lamp stand with a microphone grip, it doesn't look like the original product and looks very cheap, it has no strength, you can't make a stable video with it, I recommend you not to do it buy it
