Difficult to install

The item is difficult to install as there are no error messages and you are lucky if your printer recognizes it at all. When I first bought ink, I was able to get it working after about 40 minutes of troubleshooting. The second time around the black didn't work at all and it looks like I might just bite the bullet and buy the original to avoid similar issues in the future. However, once it's up and running, the print quality is pretty decent. Much luck.
