The most important thing is that it has enabled us in having good control over stock management at all times by giving visibility into actual supply chain activities which was previously very difficult or near impossible.

I would say its not much as such but more about how well integrated this software along with other tools are used together. We have been using DCT products since last 5 years now and never regretted once till date. It's so easy to use even my wife can operate it without any training! Nothing really comes across mind when we talk about DDM+.
