Perfect for several uses
I originally purchased these as an inexpensive garden shoe that I could put into the wash. I was so impressed that I bought several more pairs: my Pilates class plus simple black, white, blue shoes for casual wear. My orthotic inserts fit fine. I do NOT use these for walking the dog or hiking -- for these activities, I use athletic shoes meant for those purposes.
- Absolutely no arch support. Otherwise shoes are great.
- The ventilation is poor, causing feet to sweat excessively
