Review on 💦 WSBLUE Water Seat by Cover Valet - The Blue Water Brick Seat by Chuck Chen

The blue seat lasted 6 weeks and then fell apart on the spot. We bought the black seat 10 months ago and it is still in great condition. Contacted support, sent some photos and requested a replacement for the black seat. New black seat arrived in 3 days. Customer service was incredible! Others had the same issues so beware the blue! Update 02/16/19: The black replacement seat fell apart just like the blue one. I feel like the company has gone through a big shift in the production of this product since we bought the first black pillow. Most likely the thread used to sew it together appears to be falling apart. The original seat we bought over a year ago still works. No catastrophic failures like the last two. Buyer warning!
