Wore it last night, got a great night sleep
I'm having hip/lower back pain, but ONLY at night when in bed. Bought this to wear during the daytime, thinking it may help. I've had it for about a week or two, have been wearing it only in the day time, but it has not helped with the hip pain in bed at night, that would wake me up SEVERAL TIMES every night. Last night I thought I'd try wearing it at night. WORKED LIKE A CHARM! I didn't wear it as tightly as I wore it in the day time, but it was snug. First night I've had a pain free night of full sleep.
