I originally wrote a review that was negative because the pieces I needed were missing. I did this prior to contacting customer service. Once I did, my complaint was listened and responded to within 24 hours. The product itself is exactly what I needed: a no scratch on my neck, colorful strap to hold my glasses within reach conveniently all day. I recommend the product and customer service highly.

The plastic eyeholder accesory would have looked nicer if they were golden color as well, these silver ones look horrible for my taste. I will cannot use them as I thought I would with my eyeglasses and will only use them for the face mask.I do not want to go through the hassle of exchanging them because I don’t have the time to do it.Other than that the straps are very nice and look elegant

I love the eyeglass Holder, It is so Attractive, and holds the glasses very securely. Also I love the Gold color it is so b Great with all outfits, and the Red is Fabulous. This is the BEST eyeglass holder, for G lasses.

I like the original Sigonna holder (with the rubber grabbers) better, and they hold better on the glasses, but these thicker ones with clips work really well on masks. Now I have the problem of THREE cords around my neck (glasses, mask, and earphones), and they all get annoyingly tangled up. Hey, Sigonna: any ideas?

These glasses holders are the best ever. They have clips lined with silicone & stay exactly where you place them so no slippage like so many other holders. Definitely recommend these.

Recently purchased item and my husband & I use them for our masks as well as our glasses. We were happy enough with our purchase, but even happier when we got a card with purchase that allowed us to apply for a second set free. How wonderful is that? We highly recommend this product.

These worked great. Like the shorter length compared to some of the chain style. They would be perfect if not for the strange, metallic peppermint style striping. Solid would be an improvement.

I was so pleased when I saw the item in person. The cord is comfortable, not like the metal chain I was using. It has a twist to the cord which gives it style and the price was reasonable (cheap) compared to what I purchased in a store. Will be wanting more colors to match my outfits.

The cord can twist up and require some readjustment so it lays flat. It's OK if you don't mind the bulk. I think I'll try a daintier chain-type holder next time.

Why did I have to read every single word down to the very end in order to find out that they do not include the connector for masks? They advertise it heavily enough. I have no rating for durability. Two of the clear connectors are already stretched out so I gave up on those. Not pleased. I only got two connectors and one of them is useless. The connectors are the key to the whole idea. I am not pleased.

Very high quality and I suspect they will last a long time. The clamps work much better for me than the plastic squeeze that most lanyards come with. I will not bother buying cheap ones anymore as these work so well.

I got these specifically to use for my kid’s masks. I am very happy with them and so are my kids. I've been using the new holders for a while now and there's a lot to like about them.The pinch clip ends are great for thin items. I love these these are perfect for masks I’m always looking for my mask. I’m always looking for my glasses. Now I can find both, the clamps are very sturdy they have little rubber inserts also to protect your eyeglasses. I was seeking an eyeglass cord with little links or clips that wouldn't stretch out - something that always happens. I saw that these had actual little clamps instead of that plastic loop mechanism, found on most cords. I bought them and they are high quality but for my personal taste, I would prefer a thinner cord material. This one feels very thick and chunky. It doesn't affect the performance - that is fine. I just like a thinner look.
