The Logitech G700 mouse, which I have used for many years, has always provided me with a fantastic experience and has functioned without fail (the wireless mode just flew off over time). But I bought an MX series mouse and keyboard since they are designed to be used with several computers at once, and I was REALLY DISAPPOINTED with the quality of these features, which are rather more tied to the software, and now point by point: After using the G700, the first thing I noticed was how the mouse didn't remember any of my settings, which is bothersome because it means things like the dpi setting don't change until the computer is fully booted. Second, software is a nightmare for many people. There are many complaints, but I won't detail them all here. I will detail some dutals and nitpicking in later paragraphs. Thirdly, Logitech Flow is the primary reason I purchased this mouse, yet it does not function; specifically, moving the mouse from my poppy to Windows is ignored, despite my having attempted both the standard drag-and-drop method and passing the control through the software. If this is the case, I just flip the switch on my mouse, but you'll need to do that for both devices, as explained below. When I use Flow, why can't I use the keyboard? Why does it only work with the mouse? If I want to use the keyboard, how do I do that? I don't understand why the mouse can't feel it. Fifthly, copying does not produce the desired results, however for the same reasons as in point number three. Everything seems to be going wrong at the moment, so I will be writing to support to see what they have to say.
