Review on Uxcell Cylindrical Vibration Isolators Absorber by Elder Unogu

Used to isolate vibrations in the grinder caused by small changes in wheel circumference. Especially the problem with high speed motors. The slightest bump in the wheels creates colossal vibration at speeds above 1500 rpm. This is a problem especially when polishing wheels and I haven't found any solution other than lowering the voltage on the motor. Either a solid state speed controller for low power or an expensive variac (variable transformer).
