Great concept, bad design! So I read the reviews and said ok I'll try it, took it home and was so excited to try it. I couldn't get 2 blades I tried to leave open so they could cut. Then they held her open and "forced" her to cut a sheet of printer paper, the trimmer didn't even cut the printer paper. So I sent it back and asked for a replacement. Got a replacement, same thing but even fewer cuts on the printer paper. I haven't tried plain paper yet. Container. No kidding, he has a lot of problems. If they had some sort of switch to keep the knives open, maybe it would cause less of a headache. But then they still don't cut.
