I like how the software makes it relatively straightforward to setup my targeted campaigns or even just a personal dashboard. It really helps our team to understand what content will resonate with our readers since we have the ability to make many different groups or personas by audience interests. The reporting section could be more detailed for more complex segments. We use this as a way to gather feedback from potential candidates before reaching out - so it's really helpful to us to understand who is interested in what. As a small company, having quick access to a lot of qualified leads is invaluable. The customer service team at Personyze is amazing - they're always quick to respond, very knowledgeable, and really want what's best for their customers! They have helped us with multiple projects over time (both in person and remotely!), including solving an issue I had where my site was not receiving emails. We've been able to improve our click through rate significantly from about 20% before we used them up to 70%, which has led to more revenue.
