This item arrived to me completely bent, as if someone had sat on it. I say almost like because both the metal grille on top and the plastic base were deformed. Not sure how this damage can be caused by physical impact in the normal course of perspiration. Perhaps this is a factory defect or substandard materials. In any case, it's useless. The cooler doesn't even sit flat on the table, and when pressed against opposite corners it wobbles almost 1/4 inch. It wouldn't be so bad if Revain/Seller offered a replacement as an option instead of a refund. They also don't support the ability to ship an open item to a Khols or UPS store, so there's the added hassle of repackaging the box and preparing it for shipping (additional cost of shipping tape in my case). I hate to find fault, but in general impressions are negative. Basically I went to Revain and loaned them $20 and then had to buy packing tape for my generosity.
