I like that this tool has all of my tools in one place! I can see my routes, my stops, and my estimated time of arrival for each stop. This is great because it makes scheduling and planning a lot easier! The only thing I dislike about this product is that sometimes when you are looking at your routes, they will give you an error message, and then you have to reload the page. If I am using this tool during work hours, I know that I am not wasting any time while waiting for my car to get there. I love that I can use this instead of paper maps or printed schedules. It is so much more convenient than having to carry around a paper schedule everywhere I go!
