These pajamas are super cute and fit my son perfectly, but only because we made him 2 sizes bigger. My son turned 5 this week and weighs 42 pounds. Every brand we own has it in 5T. I bought him a size 7 along with these pajamas and they fit exactly like his Bert B and Carter pajamas in a size 5T. Pants and sleeves are not too long and fit snugly around his waist so they don't fall off. Not sure if this particular pair of pajamas is the only wrong size or if they all run small (I've never bought this brand before) but my guess is that they all run small as this has been mentioned by other reviews .
