Review on CAKE by Jose Brunson

I have worked with Cake on two different campaigns so far, both successful campaigns for our company. We've found their support team very helpful and knowledgeable; we always know what is going on and are able to get immediate help if needed. They also seem to be well versed at working through any issues we run into or have questions about. The customer interface could use some work, but the service level has been great so far! I've had nothing to complain about so far! Keep up the good work, you guys are doing a great job. We are looking to implement this platform in our next campaign and will continue to utilize your services as well if/when any future problems arise. I like how easy it is to use and navigate through the platform. This makes me feel more comfortable when using this app than other platforms out there. The interface could be better at times but it’s still very good overall. It can sometimes get slow, even though we have upgraded our plan to unlimited data usage plan. Sometimes things take time so don't worry about getting frustrated. We are able to target different countries as well as languages which is great because not all of us speak English!
