Amazing Stuff on Eyes

Yes - buy for a dollar from Targee (although if you buy 3 at once from Revain the price drops to less than $2 each and not all targets sell this elf product) . I've tried maybe ten brands. Most expensive department stores are heavy and colored, like foundation or concealer under the eyes. Despite costing a fortune, they're definitely not for older eyes—they accentuate every crack and crease. This elf product is my absolute favorite - it lies almost colorless in the light, doesn't accentuate wrinkles and lasts all day. Most companies recommend wearing it with colorless powder, although almost no reviews mention this. I think it works even better if you powder your eyes first, but I understand it adds one more step and costs more. Proceed unevenly (and really, if you're tackling all of these issues, grab a good magnifying makeup mirror and you'll see what I mean). If you have oily eyelids (or use other products first), powdering is a must. (And yes, I've only tried powder and it helps, but the combo is amazing.) The only thing that comes close to me is another cheap NYX cream that comes in a jar. It's getting whiter but kinda fading (that's good). My main gripe with the elf product is that there is so little of it in each package and all of that packaging is deceptive and wasteful. I travel a lot and always keep two in my makeup bag because when you go away for a week it's easy to run out. I only use the sponge brush as an initial applicator - I still have to use my finger to spread the product.
