I like how easy it was for me as both my team lead and myself to learn this tool/app quickly - we've been using it since day 1! The speed at which you can build your tests out has increased our overall workflow time by about 30%. We use GRC primarily because its built right into TFS so there's no additional overhead expense with having other tools or add ins such as NUnit etc.. Its really simple once you get used to building all of these features yourself but requires some upfront investment learning those concepts before jumping right into production usage. Try it out first if possible just to see what works best for you guys personally - dont worry too much over any of the minor differences between each one when they are similar enough where nothing majorly impacts product delivery times. Our biggest problem solved here were long term stability issues with previously deployed code. I like ease of use and the ability to create multiple types of tests. It does not support any other languages than ROR. The UI could be improved as well. We are solving test automation challenge by using this tool.
