I like that it's easy for customers who have purchased from us before or know someone in our customer service department as well as those we don't yet work with - it makes things easier! There isn’t anything really bad but there could be some minor changes made so more people can use this tool easily (we currently only offer one language). It has been helpful because you get feedback right away if something might not make sense or needs improvement! We've also gotten new leads through referrals by using Voco!!
