Review on BVS Performance Solutions by Bryan Gilliam

After a long search and trying various companies for a managed service provider, we finally settled on BVS Performance Solutions. They do a great job, and offer a lot of flexibility, even after hiring them. The initial consultation was thorough and they gave us a quote before getting started. They get the job done and are responsive when we ask for something new. It would be difficult to find anyone who offers better service for less money! I've been doing this for years now and am very familiar with all of the services available. But these guys go above and beyond. I always know if my server is being monitored or looked at from another location - which happens often due to its high traffic (and thus, visibility). These guys don't just monitor it, they actively look at everything as soon as it goes down. Their monitoring tools allow you to set alerts so you never miss anything critical happening. If there's an issue, they're notified immediately and take action right away. And they make sure you aren't charged extra fees for any downtime caused during maintenance. Overall, best deal around IMO. Highly recommended!!
